Dust & Echoes
Instructions:
- 2 oz Earl Grey tea, cooled
- 1 oz Dark rum
- 1 oz Bourbon
- Juice from 1 Lemon
- 0.5 oz honey-vanilla syrup
- 2 oz Oatmilk
- Burnt lemon wheel (for garnish)
Honey-Vanilla Syrup:
- 0.5 cup honey
- 0.5 cup boiling water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Procedure:
- Brew your Earl Grey tea and allow it to cool.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the tea, dark rum, bourbon, lemon juice, and honey-vanilla syrup.
- Add ice and shake for roughly 20 seconds.
- Pour into a glass.
- Top with oatmilk, and garnish with a burnt lemon wheel.
- Enjoy!
*Optional: coat the rim of your glass in lemon juice and put sugar over it for a sweet rim before pouring your drink!
